Shipping & Delivery
Here at SUPfit we endeavour to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible. Orders are typically processed and sent out within 2 working days, ie. Monday through Friday. Delivery times may vary however, depending on the destination. My Hermes Courier service is used to deliver your goods, all parcels are tracked and can also be signed for should you wish to choose this service from our delivery options. Free UK shipping with orders over £70 is tracked.
European and International postage are both tracked and signed for. This does not include customs charges for international parcels. This decision is made by the relevant authorities in the delivery country, who will contact your recipient if there are any charges to be paid.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If you for any reason would like to return or replace a purchased item, you need to contact us through our contact form within 14 days from delivery. For a full refund, excluding shipping charges, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns, all shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where the package cannot be traced. We will not accept delivery of parcels without postage paid. Any returns without postage paid will be refused and returned to sender at his/her costs. If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.

Prices are subject to change, orders are subject to availability and price. Dispatch times may vary due to availability of the item(s). Any postal guarantees are limited to UK mainland deliveries and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in the delivery due to postal delays. All the details you provide us for a purchase are true and accurate and there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the costs of the order. If changes occur it is your responsibility to tell us.
