Join us on the water for a day long workshop in SUP & Mindfulness, combining different meditation techniques with Stand Up Paddle Boarding to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.
Imagine for a moment that you are paddling. Your attention is focused on the movements of your body, the power of your muscles, the breath in your lungs, and the feel of the ocean beneath your feet. You are totally in the moment, absorbed in the present activity. Time falls away. There is something truly amazing about being swept along by the power of water, becoming one with it.

The day retreat will include:
- Meditation techniques.
- Mindfulness of the breath.
- Present moment awareness, fusho.
- Posture, the breathing apparatus.
A day on the water to inspire you and help you reconnect with what’s important to you. SUP Sessions will take place on calm, tranquil waters immersed in nature, leaving you feeling serene, deeply relaxed and peaceful.
