Set in a protected valley with the UK’s cleanest chalk stream it is verdant and bursting with nature. We have floating water meadows, ancient trees, lakes and formal gardens for you to explore. tasty food and ample opportunity to rest and relax, giving your body the essential time to recover, digest and reset.

SUP Yoga involves taking your Yoga practice onto the water using a Stand Up Paddle Board, adding new challenges and giving you a completely new experience, the board being used as an alternative yoga mat. Providing great benefits to the mind and body, this is easy to see when each of the aspects alone gives amazing benefits to health, and together they provide the perfect combination.
You will feel every muscle engage, keeping the body balanced and stable on the board, constantly adjusting, allowing for the water moving underneath you. It helps to improve focus and technique, heightening your awareness of your body and postures. You are required to let go of perfection and enjoy the very moment.
During your SUP Yoga practice there are modifications and variations. You are able to make your poses more challenging or more stable depending on how you feel. The board will move in response to your weight as you move between the poses, and the water state will move your board and challenge your balance
The cottages are heritage cowsheds beautifully converted into accommodation.
We have 3 cottages available, each which sleep 4/6 in twin or double rooms, all cottages have a kitchen and shared bathroom.
We will be using the village hall as our indoor yoga/mediation space and enjoying alfresco dining on the terrace by the pool.
West Lexham, Norfolk.
West Lexham is a beautiful 21-acre, just 2 hours from London, 75 minutes from Cambridge and 45 minutes from Norwich. Set in a protected valley with the UK’s cleanest chalk stream it is verdant and bursting with nature. There are floating water meadows, ancient trees, lakes and formal gardens for you to explore.
West Lexham is 90% run on renewables with solar panels for power and a woodchip boiler for heat. All water is fresh from the chalk aquifer making it rich in minerals and taste delicious.

25% deposit required on booking, with the remainder payment to be made by the 21st April 2017.
